A Message from Keshia Thomas: Why I'm Running for District 3
With Election Day just days away, Keshia speaks directly to District 3 families about her 23+ years in education, her deep community roots, and the leadership she'll bring to Fresno City Hall.
District 3 is where my heart has always been. For more than two decades as an educator and community advocate, I've worked side by side with our families, our students and our neighborhood leaders. Now I'm ready to bring that same energy and accountability to the Fresno City Council.
In this message, Keshia shares what she'll fight for:
- Safer, thriving neighborhoods with clean streets and responsive city services
- Our youth and families through after-school programs, career pathways and recreation
- Fair economic growth for Southwest Fresno, Chinatown, Downtown and Central Fresno
- Accessible, transparent leadership from a councilmember who listens and shows up
Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Make a plan to vote, share this video with a neighbor, and join the team.
