Website use
This website provides campaign, volunteer, event, voting, and contribution information. You agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security, or availability. External websites and contribution services are governed by their own terms.
Campaign text message program
If you separately opt in, Keshia Thomas for Fresno City Council District 3 may send informational and campaign text messages, including campaign updates, event details, volunteer opportunities, voter outreach, and donation requests. Message frequency varies, up to 7 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or donation.
Help and cancellation
Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel text messages. After a STOP request, you may receive one final confirmation message. For customer care, email Contactus@keshiathomasfresnocitycouncil.com or call +1 (559) 918-6106.
Carrier and service limitations
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. The campaign may change or discontinue the messaging program and will provide notice when required by law.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms as campaign services or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
